The plant has two straight lines for manufacturing and more than 100 docks on either side of the line to support just-in-time delivery of materials.

The Cab Assembly and Paint areas feed directly into the medium and heavy tractor assembly lines. Production is synchronized so that cab assembly, cab finish and dashboard installation are performed parallel to the chassis assembly and engine trim areas. This allows the cab and chassis to both arrive in the center of the area for final assembly.

Completed trucks can be customized at Escobedo's Truck Specialty Center, which provides services normally offered at dealerships, such as the installation of air deflectors, CB radios, fire extinguishers and pinstriping.
